Galaxy Theaters Enhances Guest Experience with Partner Tech’s POS and Self-Service Solutions

Galaxy Theaters, a well-established theater chain with locations across California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Texas, relies on Partner Tech’s Windows-based Audrey Touch POS terminal for seamless operations at ticket booths and concession stands. This all-in-one, space-saving POS setup keeps counters organized and maximizes space for merchandise displays. In ticket booths, a 15-inch customer-facing display allows moviegoers to conveniently select their seats, while concession stands feature a 10-inch display mounted to show promotional offers and let customers review their orders.

For ticket sales, the Audrey terminal functions as a traditional POS station, while also supporting self-service with a tabletop kiosk configuration that includes the PS-103 printer stand and an integrated RP-700 8-inch receipt printer. Galaxy Theaters also utilizes Partner Tech’s Alfred floor-standing kiosk for ticket purchasing and redemption, providing guests with the convenience of buying and printing tickets without waiting in line.
