- Remotely Manage Menus: Store managers can update and schedule menu changes across all or specific locations with a few simple clicks, minimizing the need for in-store staff intervention.
- Dynamic Content Support: The platform supports images, videos, and HTML5, allowing stores to display web pages, including real-time order tracking screens.
- Seamless POS Integration: Through API widgets, X-Sign automatically syncs with the POS system to update menu prices and indicate out-of-stock items without requiring manual adjustments.
- Multi-Screen Display: The system supports up to five displays per location, ensuring menu items and promotions are showcased effectively.
- Real-Time Monitoring & Diagnostics: The X-Sign dashboard provides insights into what each store is displaying and allows remote diagnostics, including the ability to reboot displays if necessary.
- Easy Installation & Training: SBM Technology Group configured and installed the solution as a plug-and-play system. They also provided hands-on training to ensure staff could easily manage and update content.
